My order is incorrect or damaged. What do I do?
If you believe you’ve received a defective product or the wrong item, please reach out as soon as possible. Send an email to contact@thecloverhouse.com with your order number and clear photos of the item(s) in question. I personally handle all customer service and want to make things right, so the sooner you get in touch, the sooner I can help resolve the issue for you.
What is your return policy?
We gladly accept returns on eligible items postmarked within 14 calendar days of the date your order was delivered. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Gift cards & items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
If a return does not meet the guidelines above, we will contact you and the item may be sent back to you. We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage.
